About the Space

Our sanctuary is a private, thoughtfully curated space in the West of Singapore, created to help you slow down, reconnect, and move with intention.

Designed for intimate sessions, the space is fully equipped with premium, studio-grade props — including high-quality mats, blocks, and supportive tools — carefully selected to assist you in achieving your personal goals and intentions, whether that’s building strength, improving mobility, or finding deep rest.

With everything provided, you can simply arrive, step onto the mat, and immerse yourself in your practice. Sessions are guided with clear cues, personalised attention, and supportive adjustments, offering a no-frills yet deeply nurturing experience tailored to your well-being.

Each class concludes with a guided sound bath during savasana, using Tibetan singing bowls to encourage full-body relaxation and gentle mental reset.
